Hello I'm Jozey or you can call me Jose Luis (Jozey was the Nick name given to me by my soccer teammates growing up), Im originally from Chile but migrated here at a very young age with my parents seeking a better life. I was raised in the east bay around the Fruitvale district and Lake Merritt area. I attended Albany High School and after graduating Laney college where I studied computer science. I took an interest into design and started out doing freelance graphic designs for friends and small businesses. I began having interest in website building taking some JavaScript courses thats where I discovered the User Experience Designers exist. I attended a bootcamp called General assembly where I learned the design process into creating useful apps and websites. There I worked with several teams and created some pretty neat stuff. After finishing the course I moved on to to work on some real world projects like RillaVoice and Casillas Immigration.
